Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your RR Walls order. This policy explains your legal right to cancel, returns of defective products, and exchanges.

Your legal right to cancel (14 days)

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last one. To cancel, email us a clear statement such as your order number and that you want to cancel. You can use the form at the end of this page, but you do not have to. Send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.

Please take reasonable care of the goods. You may open and inspect them as you would in a shop. If you handle or use them more than is needed to check them, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.

After the 14 days: defective products

After the 14-day cancellation period we accept returns for defective products only. A product is defective if it is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described. We do not accept returns for change of mind after the 14 days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges, for example for a different design. Email hello@rrwalls.co.uk with your order number and the design you would like. We will tell you how to send the item back. If you are exchanging because of a change of mind, you pay the return postage. If the item was defective, we pay. If the new item costs more or less, we will tell you the difference before anything is sent.

How to return an item

1. Email hello@rrwalls.co.uk with your order number and the reason.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not post anything before you hear from us.
3. Pack the items securely and keep your proof of postage.

Return postage

If you cancel within 14 days or exchange because of a change of mind, you pay to send items back. If items are defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay: we will send a prepaid label or refund your reasonable postage. We recommend a tracked service, because items are your responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds go to the payment method you used. If you cancel your whole order within 14 days, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid (£5.00 where it applied).

Faulty, damaged or not as described

You have legal rights if something is faulty, damaged or not as described. Within 30 days of delivery you can reject it for a full refund. After that you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that does not fix the problem, a refund or price reduction. Email us your order number and photos. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

Free gifts and bundles

If you return items that earned a free mystery box (for example with Buy 3), please return the box too. If you cannot, we may deduct the price shown for the box on our website from your refund.

Optional add-ons

Optional add-ons such as Delivery protection or the 30-day warranty are refunded in full if you cancel your whole order within 14 days.
