Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) after we receive your payment.

Delivery time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. We send you an email with tracking details. Busy periods such as November and December can take longer, and we will email you if your order is delayed.

Delivery charges

Orders under £30: £5.00 standard delivery.
Orders of £30 or more: free standard delivery.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Bundles and free gifts

If your order has several items, or includes a free mystery box, they may arrive in separate parcels. You are never charged extra for this.

Your address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you and may charge the cost of sending it again.

Lost or damaged parcels

Your order stays at our risk until it is delivered to you. If it arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will replace it or refund you. This applies whether or not you bought optional Delivery protection. [Describe here the extra benefit Delivery protection gives, for example priority replacement.]

If your parcel has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us so we can trace it.
