1. About us

2. Our products

We sell peel-and-stick LED Christmas wall villages and related items. We take care to describe and photograph them accurately, but colours can vary slightly between screens. Sizes (for example 120cm / 47” wide) are approximate.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you order. Delivery is £5.00 for orders under £30 and free for orders of £30 or more. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Bundles, offers and free gifts

Bundle prices (such as Buy 2 or Buy 3) apply to the quantities shown. A free gift, such as the mystery box with Buy 3, is chosen by us and cannot be exchanged or swapped for another item. Time-limited offers end at the date and time shown on the website, and the offer price applies to orders placed before then.

5. How your order is accepted

After you order, we email you to confirm we received it. The contract is made when we email you to say your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund anything you paid for it.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates, but we will deliver within 30 days unless we agree otherwise.

7. Returns and your legal rights

See our Returns and refunds policy. You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods and legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described. These terms do not affect your legal rights.

8. Safe use

Our LED villages are plug-in products. Please follow the instructions supplied: plug into a standard UK three-pin socket, keep the cable and plug away from water, do not cover the power supply, unplug the product when you leave it unattended for a long time, and keep it away from children’s reach. Use indoors unless the packaging says otherwise. Test the adhesive on a small hidden area first, particularly on delicate wallpaper or fresh paint.

9. Optional add-ons

Add-ons such as Delivery protection or the 30-day warranty are optional extras with the benefits described on the product page. [Describe the benefit.] They add to, and do not replace, your legal rights.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, strikes or courier disruption, and will tell you if one affects your order.

11. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, logo and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

12. Complaints

If something goes wrong, email hello@rrwalls.co.uk and we will reply within 2 working days. You can also get free advice from Citizens Advice.

13. Changes and law

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place your order apply to it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
